Bezproblemowy dostęp i sprawny kontakt z osobą zarządzającą. Wygodne łóżko, bardzo czyste wnętrze i pokój z wykuszem. Kuchnia umożliwiająca przygotowanie posiłku we własnym zakresie.

Miłym dodatkiem byłaby woda lub kawa/herbata. Poza tym nie ma się czego czepiać.
