The apartment is acceptable, but you have to hand over the money and you don't get a receipt. The landlord promised to provide me with a receipt, but after submitting the request, he did not even respond to my messages. This is inappropriate and unprofessional behavior. I had already agreed on this issue, but they falsely promised to provide me with an official receipt. This shows the unreliability of the landlord

The location of the apartment is very convenient and the owner is very responsive and helpful

but the apartment is located in the basement (if I had read the comments carefully, I would not have chosen it). It has windows but no sunlight. and there are problems with ventilation

Really close to city center, the host was really nice and took us in quickly after booking (because we had issues with another apartment we booked prior). The apartment is modern, clean, has everything you need and the atmosphere is really nice. Would recommend!
