"Convenient luxury apartment close to the skilifts"

Nicely equipped spacious apartment, walking distance from the Giggijoch cable car and the centre of town, and even closer to the bus stop to go to the Gaislachkogel area. Very good ski storeroom with boot dryers. Access to beautiful spa at one of the other Regina hotels. Very nice Italian restaurant next door!

The check in, as well as luggage room for early arrivals or late departures is at the DeLuxe Regina which is a good 10 minutes walk and more with skis and luggage. This is very inconvenient for guests without a car. The apartment has a dishwasher but no soap or sponge for handwashing if you only have one or two items.

De ligging van het complex. Daarnaast om de dag handdoekwissel en schoonmaak.

Wij zaten in het appartement aan de achterzijde. Voor mijn gevoel weggestopt.

excellent apartment - worth the money. Clean, tidy and well looked after. 5-7mins walk to the ski lift. Free use of the hotel facilities which is about a 10mins walk from the apartment and well worth it.

Didn't realize we had to walk up to the main hotel - about 10-mins from the apartment to pick up the apartment key - perhaps booking could made this clearer

Близость к подъемнику. Ванная комната.

В апартаментах ооочень холодно. Нам дали двухэтажные апартаменты, хотя при бронировании таких апартаментов нет ни на фото, ни в описании. На просьбу поменять, персонал ответил что всё занято и нам надо было писать заранее что мы такие не хотим(((( Хотя мы про такие не знали. Считаю, что это обман! Мы были с маленькими детьми. Хотели чтобы у них была отдельная спальня. В итоге они были очень далеко от нас, комната находятся не друг под другом. Они нас даже не слышали. И им надо было ночью в темноте бегать на второй этаж в туалет. Очень неудобно! Никогда бы не отдали деньги за такие апартаменты. 3000 евро за 6 дней. Холодно и так неудобно. Уставшие после лыж по лестнице бегать.

Very modern but tasteful property. The apartment was small but had everything needed.
