- smooth communication with the host - apartment even better in reality than on the pictures ( we felt very comfortable) - perfect location

- 5th floor without lift was a bit of a challenge for the older part of the family, but at least they got some exercise

The location is nothing short of perfect. Everything is a walk away and there is a public garage nearby. A clean, spacious apartment with all the equipment you need and more. We travelled in a group of six and still had comfort. The bathroom is clean and modern. Also with a washing machine. The hosts are very polite and kind and it was easy to communicate with them. Everything regarding the keys went perfect. We simply cannot wait to come back again!

Mixed feelings that won't allow me to give a 10, as would believe on the first day. The staff and location are great! Aleksandra was very helpful, offering a late check out and was always responsive. 😊 The apartment has a nice ambience and modern furniture. Enough space and comfortable bed to sleep on.

The apartment is on the 4/5th floor and there is no elevator. This isn't the biggest issue,though. The main issue was the heating. The place should be heated by 2 air condition units, no normal heating is working, although radiators are there. The trouble with using ac is that places like the bathroom or secondary rooms cannot be heated, making your life really difficult when it's -2C outside, in mid winter time. Also, the feeling of the air in the apartment gets dry and uncomfortable due to the constant use of ac.
