Everything was ok and the host is client oriented

The parking in garage is very difficult,you don’t have space to manage.The entrance in garage is very narrow ,but the host is very polite and give alternative to park in front of the building.

The location

Our stay started with dog poop in the garage so i had to park outside. The bathroom doesn’t have ventilation and there is water leaking from somewhere, so the floors were always wet and it was extremely humid. The washing machine in the bathroom was disconnected from power and the water hose. The A/C is central but you have no control, the owner said “it’s set to 23 degrees”. If that is too cold or too hot, you can’t change anything. The kitchen is missing basic items like oil and salt. The bed was absolutely terrible, springs were stabbing you through out the whole body but the back especially. The damn cherry on top was that the whole apartment is infected with mold, a lot of mold. The place is basically unlivable.

It was easy to check-in and out. The host was totally nice.

Nice place, had everything we needed….the most important thing - we had a parking space.

Unfortunately, the apartments no longer really correspond to the photos and reviews. We had to check all the details of the check-in with the owner via Viber for a long time. The dishwasher door fell off as soon as we opened it, there is no mat in the bathroom and the shower head mount is broken. The mattress is terrible, all the springs can be felt. There are no batteries in the TV remote control, the blinds are apparently broken and close crooked, plus it's quite noisy because it's the ground floor. It is quite possible to choose to stop for one night because of the location.

Small, modern and clean apartment. Maximum comfort. Good location for Taxi to the city center, as taxi is cheaper in Belgrade. Would come again.

On a few ocassions there were some noisy neighbours. It was fine.
