Чистота, забота о постояльцах в виде чая, кофе, питьевой воды, микроволновки, посуды ( хотя я и не пользовался ими ), холодильника, полотенец. Вау ! Даже пиво в холодильнике ! ( Из вежливости к хозяевам не тронул его ).

Было бы неплохо увеличить размер электрического бойлера для душа ! Или включать его на более высокую мощность перед прибытием нового постояльца. Я маленько забеспокоился, когда пришлось домываться еле тёплой водой. А если бы было больше постояльцев, то отсутствие возможности помыться ещё кому-нибудь было бы катастрофой ! Ещё из недостатка ну о-о-чень скромные размеры оконных штор не дают чувства приватности при включённом свете. Переодевался в темноте...

Близкое расположение к автовокзалу. Рядом продуктовый магазин.

Неудобные подушки. Одно одеяло, второе можно было оставлять для желающих.
