Die Lage und das Apartment ist sehr sauber!

The apartment is as described in the pictures. Everything is clean and there is a lot of stuff in the kitchen if someone wants to buy food while stying in. The kitchen is brand new with all possible disches, coffee maschine with capsules, big fridge etc. the apartment is on the 2nd floor and to be honest i was expecting a lot of noise from surrounding and the kids playground outside but the windows are really good at noise cancellation. There are two ac's and the apartment is really cool inside the 3 days we were stying there were really hot outside but the apartment had a nice temperature without ac on. It is in center from Belgrade Waterfront, in the building next to the entrance is a really delicious bakery and a italian gelato which is also realy really delicious. The apartment owner is good,answers texts right away and the infos we get were really simple and quick. We were comming from Germany and we had a amazing stay. Definitely booking next time.

The property had four towels which was for two of us already on the second day dirty but we dryed them quickly and everything in the end was fine.the toilet paper and dusch gel and soap was enough and the bed was clean. For someone who is comming for more days yes there is a wasching maschine. In general we would love to have at least two or three towels more. Definitely everything was good. This is a small personal thing for us that we needed more. Because we were traveling with small suitcases we didnt have a lot of towels.

We stayed at Arcadia 22 in the Belgrade Waterfront area, and our experience was outstanding! The apartment is modern, spacious, and fully equipped, offering all the comfort you need for an enjoyable stay. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Belgrade, with a stunning view and close proximity to all major attractions. A special highlight was the host, Slobodan, whose hospitality went above and beyond. He was incredibly accommodating and even allowed us to stay in the apartment past the check-out time, as our transportation was scheduled for 1 PM. This thoughtful gesture made our stay even more relaxing and stress-free. We highly recommend Arcadia 22 to anyone looking for high-quality accommodation in Belgrade. Huge thanks to Slobodan for everything; we’ll definitely be back!
