TOP SPOT apartment

Apartment short walk from centre but also near bus stops if you don't want to walk or want to get to the train station. Apartment was very comfortable and clean with very unusual decoration. Olivera was very welcoming and helpful. Ideal place for a stay in Belgrade.

We loved our stay. The apartment was perfectly aired and lit although at the basement level. There is even a little private garden if someone wants to drink their coffee outside. Olivera is a very nice lady and she responded promptly to everything.

I'd like some softer pillows and better insulation in the big room's window, which gets a little cold from the outside. Aside from this, everything else was flawless.

- Location was conveniently situated near the center, yet very quiet so that you can sleep peacefully at night. - Host provided plenty of towels and bed coverings for us to use.

- Unit was located in the cellar level which was quite damp and attracted a lot of mosquitoes, so you basically can’t open the windows. - There is no AC in the bedrooms. - The water pump in the toilet is very loud and runs periodically by itself throughout the day and night. There was also a leak around the toilet area that the host tried to address but was not resolved during our stay.

The host was super friendly and helpful. Check-in & check-out were smooth. And she is a neat-freak! We have never seen a rented apartment so clean. There was a washer/dryer at hand, including washing powder and all. The location is very good, with all amenities and nice restaurants nearby. Also close to the city centre but we didn´t go this time around. Belgrade has many things to offer.

The place is on a lower ground floor, so it is a bit damp to begin with. There were days of heavy rainfall during our stay and it was impossible to keep the dampness out. We could not open the kitchen window properly because of smokers on the patio outside. These were minor things, we understood it is one of the reasons for the reasonable price.

I don't think any apartment could supply every conceivable amenity and more,for our comfort and convenience. Much effort and love gone into it's conception. You will have to surprise yourself as we did.

My side of the bed a little bit lumpy,but friends loved theirs,so maybe a matter of personal taste.
