Balkan-inn Parlament Lux apartment

Clean and cosy room with interesting layout. The host was welcoming and friendly. Location is good: small green street one block away from the parliament and two blocks away from botanical garden. The city center is in a 15 min walk away. Room is very clean.

The room is small, especially for a tall man: not easy to use a sink without making a floor wet. No view from the window at all, brick wall only. Parking at Beograd is challenging. You can hardly park your car nearby. Only public paid garage under parliament square.

The apartment has a great location with almost all sights within walking distance. There are also very nice park, coffee shops and grocery stores nearby, as well as the central post office in case you want to send a postcard. The apartment was clean, warm and comfortable. We had a very pleasant stay also because of the owner who was extremely friendly and helpful.

Nothing to mention

The good location was the only thing that was good.

Poor cleaning, very bad lighting as the flat is in the back and never gets any Sun. When I booked they put wrong pictures advertising that is going to be separate bedroom and it was an open room where we had to sleep 3 people. The living room sofa stinks and is where the 3rd had to sleep. Got an electronic lock with a code and batteries were not good and we always struggled to open the door. The property is in a historical building and at the check in we were told that the gates never locks. We've been locked out and host needed an hour to give us the right code to open the gate. Definitely don't recommend this property as it's far worst than pictures.
