- Nice, cosy flat with a great location in Pyynikki - The flat was very clean - Well equipped kitchen - Washing machine with washing powder in the bathroom - Free parking - Easy check in and check out - Sauna in the flat

- The cleaning of the flat is NOT included in the price and this was not clearly communicated before the booking was done and paid and it was too late to cancel it - When there are such strict rules for cleaning the flat, the equipment for cleaning should be better and at least better marked - Unfortunately we didn't get the sauna to work during our stay and communication about this was unfortunately not perfect. I haven't received the little refund I was promised either. - The flat is actually nice and deserves a good review, but I don't appreciate the message I got from the owner saying that leaving a full point review on booking.com gives me 50 % off my next stay. Shady behaviour, might also explain those full point reviews on here. Above all, it's just very stupid and unnecessary, the flat really deserves a good review without any bribing.

The apartment was really clean, the indications about how to get the key were really clear. Having a sauna was great. The apartment was nice.

We didn’t see any help notice on how to use the sauna. For the cleaning, it was hard to be sure which product / tool to use to clean each part of the apparement.
