"Kanava" - New 1BR Apartment with Sauna, Balcony & Views

The apartment was in a very good location- quiet, close to the centre and lake. Everything was in order and according to the description. The owner was quickly responding to any question.

Nice location at a newly build area. Next to the railway so at first we were concerned about the noise, but surprisingly there was no much noise espoused if the windows are closed. We liked sauna and balcony. Also good kitchen and almost all necessary things to make a breakfast or even a full meal. Comfortable bed and overall quite nice and cozy apartment.

The keys still has to be picked in the city center, was not a big problem for us, but still I think a better way can be figured. The apartment had a washing machine and dishwasher but didn’t have any washing liquids. That was weird. We had to pay 35 euro for the late check-in at 23:30 although it didn’t take any extra effort for anyone to leave the key for us at the place we picked them up. So felt a bit unnecessarily cost.

Very comfortable, we had everything we needed, great location.

A sofa in the living room or more comfortable armchairs would be a great idea.

The apartment was really well located in the center of Tampere. It has a lot of space, it's modern and confortable. The bathroom + sauna was really great. Huge terrasse (that I guess is really nice for summertime). We had a lovely welcome gift from the host, they were also available and made their best to arrange our time in the apartment :)

Nothing for us. But I think the windows in the bedroom to bathroom and bedroom to living room might be a problem for some people, for intimacy but also because of the light if you don't share the same schedule as your friend, partner of family ;)

Dog friendly and there was no extra charge for the dog, which is a big plus. The communication went well, we received plenty of instructions in advance. Also on the spot you could easily find instructions for various devices and functions, e.g. check-out. The apartment was stylish, spaciously furnished. Coffee, filter bags and tea were available in the kitchen, the kitchen equipment was generally quite good. Pillows, extra blankets, blankets, etc. would also have been available. Peaceful house.

You should note two important things when planning your reservation: 1) You have to pick up the keys from a restaurant about 2 km away, 2) those traveling by car should note the lack of a parking space. There are no roadside places in the area, either. The nearest parking garage is 250 m away, the price of parking is reasonable. The area is under construction, which causes some inconvenience to traffic and walking. A railway runs next to the house. In the apartment, elegance has come before comfort. It would have been nice to sit on the sofa or a _comfortable_ armchair in the evening to rest your feet. Small flaws in cleanliness.
