Amazing location, great value for money and very welcoming host.

The owner Ivan was so kind and very helpfull. He answered all our questions before our stay till last minute. We thank him so much and we recommend this house which located in the centre. The house was very clean and comfortable. We stayed 6 people as a family and the house met our needs. We enjoyed a lot.

Stan se nalazi u sred centra grada,čistoća na nivou stan ogroman odmah blizu zgrade nalazi se parking sto je veoma dobro ko putuje sa autom.Vrijedi svakog centa ne menjam kad god budem bio u Beogradu.

Very nice modern apartment with a little kitchen and all the gadgets to cook simple food. All is well organized and clean. The host Ivan was great, he made it easy to check in and check out. I had a smaller room and it was enough, the teenage grandchildren had big bedrooms on the other side. And the living room in the middle was very convenient. We loved it there! :)

The smaller bedroom had a window to the inner space of the building. In the morning was some noise from neighbors. But you can shut the window. There is also air conditioning.

Spacious rooms, great location, the host seemed friendly. Beds are really soft and comfy. This place has a dishwasher!! Clean, nice interior design. It could be a really great stay, if not for a single fact below.

The hidden fee. When I booked this apartment, the Booking showed me a total price of 50 euro. Ok, good. When I arrived and managed to get in touch with the owner, he showed me his Booking screen where the total price was in fact 67.5 euro. Yet on my booking confirmation it was still 50 euro. Turns out there were indeed some fees in Booking, which were under the tab 'not included'. I guess it means they aren't included in the total price and I shouldn't have to pay them? It was the first time my wife and I got ourselves in this situation. I did a little research, and indeed some properties in this area have "Total price PLUS some fee". The fee that's around 2 euro. I don't know whose fault is it: booking's for not conveying the total price properly or if the host intentionally hid the additional charges so it would show me a 50 EUR price instead of a real 67.5 EUR. What I know for a fact that I wouldn't book this apartment have I known it costs more. I would've booked something else. So I feel like I've been scammed. This whole situation could be avoided if the host included these fees in the total price. I wonder why they didn't do it.
