"Unprofessional host who left us stranded at night with no accommodation or information."

Absolutely nothing - we never even got into the apartment.

This listing should not even be on Booking anymore. The instructions clearly said to call 30 minutes before arrival, yet the owner ignored every single call and left us stranded in Belgrade on a Friday night with no check-in information and nowhere to stay. The only response we received was an incredibly rude and unpleasant message hours earlier regarding parking. Completely unprofessional, irresponsible, and unacceptable behavior from a host. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to risk being abandoned without accommodation.

"Good location but not worth the trouble"

The location.

The communication wasn’t that great. The properly wasn’t that clean, there was blockage problem with the sink, toilet and shower. The sofa bed was not a proper sofa bed.
