Marcel Apartments

Apartman se nalazi na odličnoj lokaciji, što je definitivno veliki plus. Osoblje je takođe vrlo ljubazno i predusretljivo, što je doprinelo prijatnijem utisku tokom boravka.

Međutim, higijena nije bila na zadovoljavajućem nivou, zbog čega smo imali određenu dozu neprijatnosti. Posebno bih izdvojila problem sa hidromasažnom kadom – upravo zbog nje smo se odlučili za ovaj apartman, ali ona nije bila u funkciji. Smatram da bi takve informacije trebalo unapred naglasiti gostima pre dolaska. Pored toga, iz kade je curila voda, što je dovodilo do zadržavanja vode i plavljenja kupatila. Nismo mogli ni da ispustimo vodu, delom jer to nije bilo moguće, a delom iz straha da se situacija dodatno ne pogorša. Moguće da situacija nije ista u svim apartmanima, za ovaj je tako.

- very bad communication: - the host does not respond for a long time and ignores questions about check-in time, documents - the host asks to send documents electronically and payment in cash (Booking.com recommends against this) - broken furniture: living room table, door for shower - broken appliances: door for washing machine, clocks - broken jacuzzi/bath - is leaking - there was no remote control for the air conditioner in the bedroom, it was chilly - dust in the closet and on the floor - an exit to an unkempt, dirty terrace, closed by curtains - lack of disposable slippers - bad old dishes

We didn't check in. The place shares the same entrance of a dodgy hostel. There is no sign outside or on the doorbell. We tried to call the phone number listed in Booking but the number was disconnected. We decided to go somewhere else.

Dodgy, looks like a hostel and not as a luxury apartment, communication with the host is difficult.
