- Perfect location in the center, near many restaurants and shops. - The apartment offers everything for a short stay (ideal for 2 people). - Very friendly owner.

- It's a basement apartment, so there is not much light. - There is only a small trash bin in the bathroom. - The bathroom and the kitchen are quite old, there is only one cooking plate. - There is no wardrobe for the clothes.
