Lokacija objekta je jako dobra. Domaćin je jako ljubazan i srdačan. Za one koji ne planiraju previše vremena da provode u apartmanu, a pritom žele odličnu povezanost sa svim delovima grada, ovo je pravi izbor.

Zgrada je starije gradnje, i ako ovo zanemarimo, sam apartman bi po mom ukusu morao biti čistiji. Naime apartman je potrebno okrečiti i na neki način srediti pod u spavaćoj sobi. Tu i tamo se čuje škripanje parketa. Pored ovoga, usko kupatilo može napraviti problem krupnijim osobama.
