Location is very central and convenient; friendly and supportive staff.

The level of cleaning should be improved for sure; too worn furniture and apartment in general (especially bathroom, lots of things to be fixed there to make it comfortable and clean); if you compare pictures with reality - you might be disappointed. Repellents to be provided or mosquitoes nets should be installed at the windows. to I’d prefer to have warm shade of lighting in the room.

Tiny water closet, if you are a big person, it will create difficulties.
