Great design and location

Nice place but didn’t fit us correctly. I tried to coordinate with the owners before checking in because I was unsure of the room and what was assigned was ok but not what I was expecting. For being n the lake there really are no views. AC was a huge problem even in the cooler month of September and needs to be updated. I would not suggest staying there in the summer without proper AC. Stairs were a huge problem even as a 6’3” strong male I had difficulties going up and down the 4 levels with suitcases ect and without any assistance was definitely a problem. Parking was also a problem as there is “parking” but very few spots along the street and not connected to the apartments. Usually couldn’t find a spot and had to walk about half a mile to a parking facility. The town was too far away and very steep stairs both ways was not ideal. Would pass on these apartments.

Comfortable place for a group of 6. It’s on the water away from the bustle of tourists. A cooking lesson with Danilo was fun. We can’t wait to stay again one day.

Absolutely nothing.

The most stunning and magical views of the Lake from every room.

It’s a great location, right by the lake, walkable to the center and away from the noise when it’s time to sleep. I loved sleeping with the windows open listening to the lake waves and opening my eyes in the morning to the lake and the sunrise. It was truly a dream. The whole place was super clean and very stylish. The attention of the host was superb.

Everything was perfect!

Everything! We arrived late at night, and so got the wow factor from the size of the accommodation and the super-stylish interior design … but this was multiplied by 1000% when we woke up the following morning and opened the shutters!! It is absolutely THE best view I have ever woken up to! The apartment is very well equipped, and we received a lovely welcome pack on arrival - gorgeous wine too! The location was perfect - far enough away from the busy-ness of Bellagio but only 10 minutes walk away; we particularly loved being so close to the lake and having an early morning swim. We also appreciated the deckchairs! It was quite honestly spectacular!
