The very large rooms took a long time to warm up.

The location was excellent.

A few more pieces of kitchenware would have been useful - plates, bowls and cutlery, as we could have used the dishwasher more effectively.

The Host was very accommodating with us arriving earlier than we had expected and having the the apartment ready and the apartment was exactly what we were looking for.

Would have been nice to have a couple more streaming options available as it only has Amazon Prime and BBC iplayer.

Great location interesting architectural space

Fantastic sofa however Sofa bed was very poor. It would have been better if Netflix was provided. Parking arrangements were not brilliant but available Check out time could have been better if it was 11am as opposed to 10.

we will never book that place again! cold property with broken heating system. -uncomfortable bed, it is not double bed but two singles mattes provided as one double. Forget that you will be able to take a relaxing bath. There is a bath but you can only take a shower. It takes ages to flash the water in the toilet, and you have to wait 15 -20 min before you can flush it again! old furniture , and the dishes in the kitchen plus a lot of out of date products in the kitchen cupboard including out of date milk for the property guests . Rude property owner who do not want to provide the invoice for the payment as in her opinion it is booking.com responsibility to provide documents. when I made polite request, I received response “ what you want from me?”… I am travelling a world and very often visiting the hotels or rent a property for short stays. I have never meet such a rude owner. It is very clear that this lady had no intention to invest in the property that needs repairs and renovations. The location is good , and the nature lovely but what you see on the picture isn’t true. A property is smaller, and you have to walk to the beach. This property is part of Osborn Hotel, there is no information about it when you make a reservation, so you can by easily confuse when looking for this apartment ( owner of the apartment believes we had a problem to find an apartment because we were born in the Europe and there people write an addresses in different way). Good place for people with no high expectations.
