The weather wasn't brilliant. But not your fault

Sehr klein. Das Waschbecken im Bad nur zum Hände waschen. Kein vollwertiges Bett. Staubsauger verdreckt. Geschirr teilweise noch verschmutzt. Kaum Staumöglichkeiten.

The location was great for us, just a short stroll into Torquay along the promenade. The studio was perfect it had everything you needed, small and compact , the views from the balcony were stunning of the coastline.

Could have done with some firmer pillows , to be more comfortable at night.

The view was amazing.

Property had not been serviced. No clean towels, bedding etc. Took several calls to get it cleaned the following day. Had read previous guests had same experience but decided to give it a chance.

There was nothing we didn't like ....

I was horrified to find the property had not been cleaned from the last occupants. The bed was filthy, towels in the shower floor dirty and food and bins left full. I rang fresh escapes ( the agent) and was told by James there was no one to clean the property at this time (4.30pm) and no other accommodation available. He told me to contact Booking. com and ask for a refund which he would approve. I have the email to that effect. Hence I have emailed you daily and received no reply as yet. This is a formal complaint.

All the above. What a disastrous start to our break! Can you please give me Booking.com email address as everything appears to come through yourselves

The fabulous view. The kitchen. The lounge

The bed. The cleanliness of the balcony and its table. The condition of the bottom of the shower frame. Stain on duvet which appears to be blood. We have enclosed photos and have more if you would like to see them)

fantastic unobstructed views

The view was stunning from the balcony, and the room. Especially with the bay and harbour lights at night. The room smelt lovely and was clean on arrival. A Devon box of shortbread with essential tea, coffee milk ect for that first cuppa when you arrive, was a lovely touch. We had a lovely break, The room is in a perfect position for the town or a short drive to Paignton &Torquay.

The only negative was the sofa bed, The mattress was uncomfortable for me, I slept on top of the Duvet. it could do with updating, That's the only negative I have, otherwise, perfect.
