Lock box easy to operate Parking underground easy to use. Flat was was clean and tidy and comfortable, The view was exceptional exceeded our expectations. Location good did the train ride to Dartmouth. Torquay harbour and shopping nice walking area

Nothing about the flat its self, all good. Lover Location for us would have been great when we were younger, walking up the hill nots so much, Overcome by using the car which was not a problem.

Excellent location the views outstanding nice patio seats and table to enjoy a glass of wine or a nice nice cold pint and watch the world go by and in the night when the harbour and front lit up awesome

The walk into town my wife has Ms so she was a bit tired after that

Excellent views, from a very comfortable apartment. Well equipped kitchen, and the coffee machine with pods a great addition. Easy to use appliances and heating controls. Very good communication from the owner, she was always prompt and helpful in her responses.

Had a minor issue with the hot water, but all sorted once we waited for the water booster to heat up the extra water we needed for a shower.

the views were stunning and waking up in the bedroom with the doors open looking and listening to the sea was perfect! very spacious and all well equipped.

myself and my daughter live a bath and as the block has very small tanks there’s only enough water for one small one but the shower was fab!

No door between the lounge and bedrooms.

love the views, location, ease of parking and it’s just home from home. Great coffee machine which is a welcomed treat for us.
