"Great host. Comfortable apartment in a good location."

The host was really helpful.and the accommodation was comfortable, clean and well equiped with everything you need. It was in a great location - a short walk from nice restaurants and grocery shops and less than a 10 minute walk to the Scarborough GO train stop where you can take a 20 minute train ride to the centre of Toronto (Union Station). We did a day trip to Niagara Falls on a one day GO transit day pass ($15 weekdays and $10 weekend). We also did a pleasant walk from the apartment to Buffers Beach - it was about a 35 minute walk to get there and well worth it.

The apartment is in the basement so there is not a great deal of natural light but fine for our stay. The heating was a little noisy in the bedroom furthest from the door, but having stayed in a few apartments now in Canada I think this is usual.

"Great place to stay if you are visiting Toronto area"

Very good value for money. Rooms are big and have everything what is needed. Owner is very nice and helpful, he was in touch with us before our arrival and provided with all details we needed for check in. There is also parking available free of charge. We enjoyed our stay.

Very nice area, close to train station, parking available, plenty of shops around, easy access to downtown toronto either by car or by train. There are nice shopping malls nearby (15 minutes drive) as well as some grocery stores in walking distance. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable.

"a large basement near my family"

lots of space. the main bedroom was a nice size and the living room area was big. everything was clean. Host was available and quick to reply.

It is a basement so all the things I didn’t enjoy was to be expected really. Footsteps above were quite noticeable at night. But it is a basement
