Lovely private studio room with own kitchen and bathroom. Set in the popular area of Shiphay in Torquay and only a short walk from Torbay Hospital

Liked - Location, cleanliness, view, easy access to main routes, good internet. I would stay again.

Disliked - Single bed (not their fault as was advertised as such) - Too soft mattress, Noise from property above during evening. Also the place was a lot smaller than expected.

Great location, facilities perfect, exactly what I needed for my 3 night stay as a solo traveller visiting family. Will definitely be booking again when I'm back down Torquay. Host was extremely helpful considering I had to change my dates at very short notice. Can not speak highly enough of them.

Great access to Torquay and the surrounding area with good roads and lots of attractions in Torquay, Torbay and the Dartmoor area to easily fill a week. Also plenty of grocery and shopping areas for self-catering. Large parking in back yard with security light meant car was secure and safe. Good quality kitchen implements and very clean unit.

It was quite small for 2 people but we managed because we wanted to be in the area and not have to drive too far to see holiday attractions.
