Please do not hang up clothes on the balcony. Please do not throw objects in toilet. Please take your thrash out to the thrashcan outside the building. Please turn off all lights and devices you used when leaving the property. Plaease do not move the forniture from its original place. Please leave crockery clean. If this instructions are not followed you might be extra charged. Property offers portable air conditioning service on request and at a cost of 18 euros per day. Please note that parking is free of cost for two nights, starting on the third night there is a surcharge of 20 euros per day. Please note that the swimming pool, gym, restaurant and bar are shared with the hotel beside the property. Parking is free for two days except in July and August. Air conditioning on request and at a cost of 18 euros per day and unit. Pets on request, small breed with a cost of 15 euros per day and pet.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
