Appartamento Le Tre Rose

La struttura si presenta ben pulita e abbastanza grande.

Le scale sono piuttosto strette, rendendo scomodo salire con le valigie. All’interno del condominio la situazione non è curata: ci sono fori che sembrano vere e proprie tane, da cui la sera escono blatte e altri insetti, rendendo il passaggio verso le scale decisamente poco piacevole.

Apartament czysty, przytulny, przestronny. W okolicy jest gdzie stanąć autem. W pobliżu jest duży market, na przeciwko jest piekarnia, a obok jest lokalny bar.

Muy lindo apartamento a pocos metros de la avenida principal de ingreso a la ciudad. Fuimos en auto y pudimos dejarlo estacionado a 50 mts de la propiedad en zona gratuita. Es espacioso y completo, nos resulto muy cómodo en todo sentido. Tiene lavadora y muchos utensillos de cocina básicos. Estaba impecablemente limpio. Sin dudas que recomendamos alojarnos allí. Destaco para quien necesite saberlo; el apartamento está en un segundo piso con escaleras muy angostas.

La cortina de baño no era impermeable y terminabas mojando todo el piso; tenía el marco de una mampara pero se ve que la han quitado.

The apartment is very clean and quiet. The location is good. The oven in the kitchen helped us. The stairs to go up are impressive. It is a good spot to discover Trapani and Erice.

We are not a big fan of a shower curtain. It is good to know the correct price of the tourist tax: it should be the amount written on the invoice of Booking.com.

The WIFI connection did not work properly (was out most of the day)

Excellent location, next to the main street, train station, within walking distance of the port. Large modern apartment, clean, matches the photo, modern kitchen, dishes, bathroom, comfortable bed.

1. There were misunderstandings with the owner upon check-in. I couldn’t find the Wi-Fi network. I spent an hour explaining to the owner, he said that you had problems with your phone, there was no help. I myself realized that I needed to turn on the electricity throughout the apartment with the key - the network immediately appeared. I think this is not the first time this situation has happened; you could have warned about it right away. 2. The front door can only be opened from the inside with a key, be careful when you check out and leave the key in the room, and the front door will not be able to be opened. I lost time while I contacted the owner, and he understood and opened it remotely.
