The communication beforehand was pleasant. The check-in was by a lady who only spoke Spanish (we as tourists do not). This lady also did the final inspection. The flexibility (in terms of time) at check-out was nice. When asked via the app (quick respons) about whether or not something 'belonged with the service', we first received an answer "we are not a hotel", after which there was an answer to the question. Although there are only Spanish TV channels, it is nice that a film package is offered (Prime amazon).

The apartment (nr. 1A) has 5 sleeping places, but is too small to live with 5. Furnishings are basic. Wooden cabinets do not close, jam or are broken. All the woodwork in the bathroom suffers from raised moisture. For example, the bathroom door jams. The toilet brush was very dirty, but we were allowed to buy a new one after which we received money back at checkout. Filter holder of coffee machine did not fit properly on the machine (as if it does not belong). We were also allowed to buy a new one for this (not done / not used). Kitchen towels are not available. According to owner due to Covid measures. This would be about the way of washing. However, regular towels are supplied. So if this is correct, it simply depends on what material you use for these kitchen towels. The available washing machine was covered in rust (the drum inside also had to be cleaned before use). In terms of sound, you hear the normal street noises of a city. You are much more bothered by the neighbors (above / next to) who start talking loudly at 23:00

Nice host. Reasonably priced accommodation for family of 5. 2 adults 3 kids. Close to beach 1km walk to old town

Would reccomend providing harder pillows for bed. Was a bit side swiped when i arrived by car from marbella (7 hour drive) . Had to pay 200 euros security deposit in cash. Im not sure if this was declared when i booked through the website. However we tried not to sneeze in the flat during our stay and monies returned when we left. Nothing to do with host but apartments in the middle of blackpool on steriods. You can hear the drunk brits 5 to 6am in the morning shouting in the street. I dont know why the spnaish allow such crap behaviour from the brits.
