The apartment needs some serious upgrade and safety issues dealt with, wet room floor very slippy, we purchased a mat and left it behind for future users. Tap in sink attached with a bit of metal and screwed down to keep tap in the hole No plugs in any basins / sink ( this is the way in Bulgaria ) not good when you want to wash your face. Kitchen bowl in kitchen badly cracked ! Handles broken on fridge & freezer. Upstairs neighbours very noisy, usually 8.30 - 12.00 heavy feet and furniture moving. Disco over the Road at the weekend 🤔 make your own mind up about that. The lady who met us was lovely and very friendly, wish I could leave a more positive review, she obviously does her best.
