Luxury Apartment with private hot tub by Poniente Beach

The location is perfect. View is beautiful, 50 minute walk from into Benidorm old town & a small row of shops / restaurants in the same village - you must try the Italian. Kitchen and facilities were great and perfect for groups. Beach is only 5 minutes walk away & you can hire loungers for €6 per day… we did this twice.

Unfortunately on arrival we found out that we couldn’t use the pool as it’s only open due in “seasonal” months. The staff showed me that it is clearly started on Airbnb but I couldn’t see it anywhere on Booking.com - if I’d of known we couldn’t use the pool we wouldn’t of booked here to stay. We had numerous power cuts from the hot tub & found the hot tub dirty / smelling when we arrived which we weren’t impressed with.

Good location, beautiful view, spotless clean, good and fast communication. 100% recommended.

We booked for 6 of us booked and we had only 1 set of keys, that was a bit inconvenient, but to be fair they would likely provide an another set if we request.

Lovely apartment. Asked for early check in on booking. Text to say on way and got complete attitude from agent who refused early check in. Hot tub hadn't been switched on so couldn't use straight away. Lady who checked us in took gate key away from us so couldn't use parking space as advertised. Pool roped off and couldn't be used. Long way out of Benidorm but we liked that

Place is beautiful located , nice views but when we get there all towels was wet and it smelt weird , Looks like they didn’t have enough time to clean the place from the person before us and just decide handle the place like that ,.. and many more things as dirty Jacuzzi ( full of hair ) safe boxes doesn’t work, .. if you use two appliances at the same time the power fuse goes down ( just annoying for an apartment like this ) . By do way the apartment is inside a condo complex so you will be pretty much sharing walls with neighbors and just so you know the only rental would be that one everybody else in the condo are homeowners ( just feels weird because everybody in the condo will be staring at you like you is the ugly duck at the pool . For the price we pay is just not worthy , a lot money with no privacy , dirty towels and bedsheets and most important of all for me as communication , we ask for some blankets as we have 2 kids at the time and the owner answer was : “ Hello, it does not have blankets since it goes with the summer equipment. You have the sheets to cover and the air setting at 26" which would be the perfect temperature if you keep the doors and windows closed “ Really , now somebody else wants to control my own / family temperature when I’m paying almost $400 a day ?!? What I joke … Americans doesn’t like lies , if you are American you now this is just unacceptable . With all this being say my recommendation is, you can definitely find something better for this kind of price , did not come back again .

I absolutely loved the view it was amazing the apartment was beautiful the host was very helpful they got back to me very quickly when I had questions. The apartment was only 15 mins away from the strip so booked taxis for this and the host were helpful by sending over a link for an app to download for taxis as the language barrier was difficult as they didn’t know where we were. The beds were comfy and the hot tub was a bonus I would definitely book again and recommend to others!!

Only thing I didn’t like was that the beds only had sheets on them no duvets when I go to sleep I like to have a duvet so I can feel something on me but with the sheet it was very cold in the evening.

Location was fabulous, gorgeous apartment, well equipped, pool area lovely. Cala de Finestrat 5 mins walk down hill to nice bars and restaurants, away from maddening crowds of Benidorm but near enough should you want to visit only 1. 75 Euros on bus

Could not fault the apartment however communication on arrival could have been better, everything done via Watts app, unablle to speak to anyone. Had to message to get combination for safety deposit box and also for WiFi. A bit more guest information would have been helpful
