"Simple and basic apartment"

It is very close to the beach and central part which is full of restaurants and places to eat. Very basic apartment with basic stuff.

There is no swimming pool as described. No free WiFi, you need to pay extra for that. Quite outdated and not enough plugs to charge stuff. As a family of 4 we had to wait each other to be able to charge our phones. If you go with a car, would be almost impossible to find parking at the stated internal parking. You would be parking on the streets and pay. I did not see air-conditioning, which probably during the summer months would be a nightmare to stay inside.

La ubicacion.

Estaba muy muy sucio la vecina es una persona que esta loca y busca problemas con todo el mundo. Ponia que habia piscina y estaba cerrada cuando lo vendian como con piscina los ventiladores que estaban por la casa ninguno funcionaba aparte de que nos pica todo el cuerpo al salir de ahi.

El ruido, a pesar de ser un sexto, las ventanas son muy viejitas y entra muchísimo ruido toda la noche.

Staff were friendly and helpful. It provided everything I needed for the week. Beds were comfy. Everything was clean, basic, functional and close to the beach, buses, supermarkets and cafes/restaurants. There was a beautiful pool and communal tennis courts in the sister hotel (opposite).

I knew when I booked that it was located on a main road, but didn't realise it would be quite so noisy after midnight... Great apartment for younger visitors and people who enjoy loud music and the nightlife of Benidorm. Obviously this is not a criticism of the apartment or the letting agent - just part of the Benidorm culture in a busy area surrounded by bars, traffic, music and party goers.
