Acuarium 1 - Zand Properties

The mere were 2 blocks of apartments and one had a good sized pool which I could use. The shower was quite good.

Had no air con and while I was there was a heatwave and the temperatures soared. The apartment is VERY dated and very much in need of updating. I paid for a one bedroom apartment and was given a studio instead, (everything on one room). The front door had a double lock on it. One was a Yale lock and this lock would not open with the key. So I had to call the man from the office and wait for him to arrive, he came and struggled to get it open and agreed it needed replacing. So he just advised to switch the Yale lock onto latch and just use the door with one lock on, which quite easily could have been pushed open as the door was certainly not secure.

There was parking which was the main purpose of staying there that’s about it

NO SWIMMING POOL had to use one across street photos show a pool!! Apartment dirty fan especially everything was old and tired not worth the money tbh could get a lot better for money I have stayed in Benidorm many times needs a rethink of apartment and money spent on it

Very dated needs modernized. Super ser for heat but no gas.pillows on bed were ancient need replaced.plus my partner had to clean shower drain it was clogged with hair don't think it had been cleaned ever this caused water not to drain hence bathroom was flooded.we were there for 10days didn't have any clean bed linen or towels and no cleaner I had to clean it myself

Took 4 days out of my 8 day stay to sort out the TV so had no English speaking TV channels the first 4 days admitted it was May day so holiday
