booked for 9 nights , had no clean bedding or towels when we asked for some we were informed you can only have clean towels after 10 nights as we booked a BASIC apartment. there’s basic and cleanliness, surely for the money we paid a few clean towels would be acceptable but according to the receptionist who wasn’t very pleasant this was not to be!!

"Out of this world Quiet part of Benidorm. Maria is a beautiful Lady and an outstanding apartment"

Where do I start? When arriving at the Apartments I was met by Maria who indeed was a lovely lady and spoke fluent English. She made us feel incredibly welcome and nothing was too much trouble for her and advised us of the surrounding area where there were restaurants and bars (as we had never been to Benidorm before was our first time and we knew nothing about the Island). Anyway, we got the keys to the apartment and upon entering my exact words were Wow Wow Wow. Beautiful apartment beautiful balcony (as requested) beautiful sea views. Everything was just amazing, the apartment was well-equipped for everything you needed for a perfect stay. Thank you, Maria, very much cannot wait to book with you again, All in all, in two words absolutely fabulous. Mucho Mucho Gracias Maria see you soon I hope

Maid service but then again was no big issue really as the apartment was not hard at all to keep clean and today

- very close to the beach - huge balcony - restaurants and bars around - surrounding in Cala very nice and not typical Benidorm - nice walk to city center

- no wireless
