Good location , clean, easy to find, good facilities, good communications.

Minor issue only - No aircon in bedroom , not a massive problem usually but it was particularly hot. There is a fan.

The location is perfect, very close to many restaurants and in walking distance to the beach.

Although air conditioning is listed as one of the facilities there is only a small unit in the living room which isn’t enough to cool the bedroom. But the most inconvenient thing was that the water heater wasn’t working properly so we had to have cold showers and the landlord wasn’t able to fix it during our stay.

The apartment was very spacious and had loads of wardrobe and storage space. Comfortable double bed and double sofa bed. It was nice to see that toiletries were made available, hand wash, shampoo and shower gel. Very central to old town and only a few minutes walk to Levante beach. The complex is set within a square with a range of authentic Spanish restaurants below. All of which appeared to be very popular. Communication with the owners Oleg and Andre was very good. In fact Andre met me at the apartment to check in and was very kind and helpful about explaining everything necessary generally. The building is very much of its time but furniture and equipment is all quite modern. Would definitely stay again.

We pretty much liked everything, especially the spaciousness and location. The only minor thing I would mention is that TV doesn't have any English speaking channels but we weren't there to watch TV so it didn't matter much.
