"New year in benidorm"

We stayed here for new year. We were 2 couples this was a brilliant location. Upon arrival the pick up of the keys was so easy the apartment has plenty of room for 4 people. Had a great time would definitely recommend

"The worst apartment I've ever stayed in."

There wasn't a lot to like. The apartment itself was clean but the advertising is so wrong and misleading. The owners aren't reachable and any issues cannot be addressed. AVOID!

Keys were not accessible, address was all wrong, hosts didn't speak any English. The kettle didn't work at all, horrendous noise, complete false advertising it wasn't family friendly. Worst issue was it shows a swimming pool but they will tell you they are awaiting a part(since June 2022 as another review shows!). DO NOT BOOK HERE ITS AWFUL.

Lovely sized apartment Beds comfy Clean Lovely location - central to everything Good kitchen with ample utensils etc

The electric kept going off. I messaged the staff. Who messaged back and advised us what to do. But the electrics kept going off. One night we spent in darkness. Difficult to boil the kettle. And no hot water for showers.

"Great location but not if you want to get some sleep."

Location is great, apartment was lovely great size balcony, did not take advantage of the pool. parking was available.

The apartment is above a Bar and there are other bars in the area so you will get a lot of noise till early in the morning.

Las persianas estaban rotas, entraba absolutamente toda la luz y el ruido de la calle que es tremendo. Si bien está bien ubicado, muy caro para lo que ofrece el departamento

"A weekend in Benidorm!"

The apartment is perfectly located for the madness of Benidorm! We literally used it to sleep in, and although we expected noise because of the location, it was nowhere near as noisy as we anticipated. The wraparound balcony was perfect for watching revellers who could stay out later than us ;-) The owner sent us a video for access, which was really helpful. We just WhatsApped them a couple of hours before arrival. Great communication!

Nothing! If you go to Benidorm, you expect noise, so don't book if you want silence from midnight ;-)
