Immaculately clean, and good facilities. The bed is one of the most important things to me and the bed there was excellent, as were the pillows and bedding. The hearing was good with cosy underfloor heating downstairs.

Could have done with more cleaning materials for washing up and doing surfaces but there is a dish washer. I general wash up as I go along rather than do a full load. Not necessarily a bad thing but of you are accosted on arrival and you end up giving your life story, be aware that he isn't the host, just a self labelled "nosey neighbour" who calls himself Jaws!

"11b, not 13b (Free Upgrade)"

We originally booked for 13b but were asked if we would like a free upgrade to 11b which we accepted. The property was brilliant. Great open space kitchen, living and diner. BIG dining table and corner sofa unit. The kitchen had integrated units and the tv was a big size too. Bathroom was above expectation and the shower was great. Big bedrooms with really comfortable beds too. No issues whatsoever.
