Sea view, secure area, friendly security personnel, location, instructions from host, Clean space.

The neighbour banging the door and shouting, the fish smell in the fridge, the throw also had a foul smell. TV remote was hard to operate, no tong and oven mitts. Iron, no disclosure on defects like broken tray, 3rd drawer hard to open and water dispenser on fridge and no matching plates.

The security was expecting us however they had to verify if they were talking to the correct person. Also the place is very close to Checkers and Checkers liquor 😅

Everything about this place is good

Nothing besides that they don't give enough toilet paper and bath towels are too small if you are a big girl you won't find them useful. The body wash is a drop too little you won't have a 2nd bath after using it.

Tv remote was not working well , pillows was hard

Great location, easy access once you’ve signed in, beautiful views and functional room facilities.

Definite mold/moisture issue in the bathroom from lack of ventilation due to the architecture, but it is kept clean as possible.

I liked the sea view and room was spotless

There was no gowns, sleepers and you guys don't serve breakfast.

Making sure you feel uncomfortable by making your cleaning staff come exactly at 10am and became our third guest and sit while we dressing up and also thanks for you old towels
