Pinewood ANG luxurious apartment A43, Borovets Gardens

This is one of the most amazing properties that we have stayed. Nadya , who is a great host, met us at the reception and showed us the apartment which is looking exactly like in the pictures , or even better. There have been paid attention for the details starting from dishes arranged in the cabinet all the way to the smart tv or teddy bear bed set for our daughter. Parking is available in front of the main building and also on the side, to have "window view". The apartment has only pinewood forest view which is pretty relaxing while having coffee on the cozy balcony set. Towels were changed 2days and refill for the coffee. There was also a nice surprise to see that for ski season there is a double ski dryer available in the room. Location is close to almost everything , walking distance to nice restaurants , park and shopping area.

The host was brilliant- Very friendly and contacted me in advance to ensure me everything was okay. I got sent the check-in instructions and was also informed of additional services they can provide or help with - For instance -tidying up the flat daily and renting ski/snowboard equipment. There was a complimentary wine - which was a lovely touch. I asked for further items and support, and they were met immediately, and in a super friendly manner. I had a lovely stay and will be going back there for sure. The place is close to the slopes and offers free parking, which is a great addition to a stress- free holiday.

Everything! This is the best apartment I've ever stayed in. The design, quality, cleanliness, and most importantly - the hospitality of Nadya, were amazing!

The room was very clean and well decorated, perfect size for a couple. Really comfortable and convenient for anything one might want to do in Borovets. Nadia is a perfect host very helpful and mindful of our privacy. We really appreciated the welcome gifts that came with the room. The location was really good, quiet but close to everything. The walk up to the main activities was very enjoyable.

The apartment is very cozy, very well equipped and designed up to the smallest details. All the facilities met perfectly our expectations as a staying couple, specifically the kitchenware, bedding, the lighting (various options), bathroom, wifi, tv (+netflix), the heating, windows (tilt opening), the balcony and the privacy, washing(+dryer) machine, drying rack. The host, Nadia, was super responsive before our stay via booking messaging platform and during our stay via the whatsapp and it was very easy to communicate with her. The apartment is located within some walking distance from the lifts, like 8-10 minutes to the Yastrebets lift, and like 13-15 minutes to the Martinovi Baraki or Sitnyakovo lifts.
