Borovets Holiday Homes

The place is very cosy and it was great choice for our stay in Borovets. We were very warm welcomed with compliments. The apartment is in quiet building and we have a really nice sleep. You get full equipment kitchen, a big fridge and warm rooms. The bed was comfy and the sheets really nice smell :) My 5 year old son enjoyed the big sofa as his bed and the bathtub. There was also a kid’s toilet attachment which was really nice. The place is just 10-15min walk to all lifts and main skiing area. We easily found a place to park the car without any additional charges.

It’s not what we didn’t like, but it would be great to have a microwave :)

Everything is new and very well organized. It is a very quiet area and the people were kind. I appreciated that there are parking spaces. I will definitely come back.

+ Nice apartment complex: good location, nice hospitable staff at the reception, comfortable lobby for working with good Wi-Fi, quiet on weekdays, near the forest, several large parking lots, you can walk to the Borovets center along a pedestrian forest trail (with lighting at night) + This(!) apartment had good internet, both for work and for Zoom calls + Very very clean, good housekeeping on request too + Well-equipped kitchen: kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, stove with oven, all dishes, bravo! + There is a washing machine - very important for long-time visitors + Good mattress, enough towels + Have heaters for cold days (but NO a/с) + Nice balcony with forest view +/- There is not much space, ok for two adults, but no more. +/- Fast and friendly communication with the host (but not always effective) To sum up, it's a very good option in Borovets, one of the best we've been to in 3 trips.

- The main disadvantage is that it is very noisy on weekends (Friday - Sunday). It has poor sound insulation, so you'll hear the neighbor's children screaming or party or noisy car under your window until the morning. And no one will help you, because it is apartments and staff cannot do anything. - Very noisy refrigerator which was not repaired throughout our stay (3.5 weeks) - The apartment staff is not very cyclists-friendly, I think the host should give guests a key to the second entrance too - Dirty windows - A bit overstuffed, some things need repair - The spa and pool weren't work (we knew about it in advance, but...) - According to this disadvantages, this apartment is overpriced.

i can say that i was happy about this apartment, because it was: -- perfectly clean in the bathroom -- the bed and pillows were comfortable -- the host is amazing and always ready to help. also we were allowed to check in earlier -- the kitchen is fully equipped, there are a lot of dishes, glasses, staff for cooking etc, we had even form for baking

there are no really bad things that i can say about the property, but there are some that worth to be mentioned: -- if you are considering this property for working, there is VERY poor wi-fi and internet connection. i have spent in apartment 3 weeks and for every call in slack or in zoom i had to go into lobby, because the situation, when wi-fi just disappeared was extremely often. 1 time internet just disappeared and i had to contact with host. Someone can say that such connection issues are out of control, it is a provider troubles, but not. Lobby's internet works perfect all the time -- knives are dull (like in almost every property that is rented) -- the whole building looks like not bike-friendly, that is strange for property near bike park: the security always complain about having bike at the main building entrance, but the main entrance is the only entrance that you can use with bike! -- the price is really high(

Clean, tasty interior, very quiet and peaceful at the beginning of July. Good communication with the host, quick reply. You'll find sweets, wine, a bottle of water waiting for you in the studio - nice of them :)

The spa in the complex was closed. And get ready you'll have to open several doors to go through from the parking lot to enter the studio. If you don't have a lot of luggage it's ok, but if you do you'll need assistance and/or patience.

The apartment was of a suitable size for one or two children family and was very well furnished for a longer stay. A parking lot with free parking was available in the apartment building inner courtyard, however the parking was subject to the availability of free spots (there was no reserved place for apartment). The restaurant from the apartment building reception was unexpectedly good in both services and quality of food.

The apartment was showing signs of previous stays and was not very well cleaned before our arrival. It would have been nice to have the garbage picked up from apartment by cleaning services as it as happening daily in other apartments in the building. The walls of building were not very soundproof and our stay was disturbed by the next door family, which was very loud until the small hours of the night.
