Excellent location near all main ski lifts Warm comfortable and all appliances in situ for self catering No noise but close to centre of the action at same time Llewelyn was an excellent and attentive host. Llewelyn provided excellent advice so as that I could easily put my whole trip together not just accommodation. A+++

N/a it was exactly as advertised and with the host comms on top it was better than any travel agent organised trip.

Great location, only a short walk to the chair lifts but also on the edge of the resort so had some nice grounds for the kids to play in the snow. Apartment had everything we needed, really good shower.

I really liked how much the host cared! They were very reachable. The place was quiet. There was warm water throughout our stay The kitchen corner was useful for us. The wifi reception was good. The location was reasonable. Not ski-in ski-out, but short walking distance from the main slopes and ski school next to the Rilla hotel and from the gondola.

We missed floor towels in the bathroom and lack of basic dry products in the kitchen such as salt and pepper or oil. It would also be helpful if there was a broom to clean the floor if needed. And for longer stays refilling soap and shampoo will be nice 😊 Mind that the room is not big when staying with kids. It is okay if you plan to be outside all day.

The apartment was clean and warm, with nice showers and a great location. The owner was very responsive and informative, which made the stay even better.

The property is in a great location, its not far from the slopes, bars and restaurants. The property was clean and tidy and plenty big enough for a family of 4. 2 adults and 2 children. The host was fantastic, we had plenty of communication, recommendations for eating and places to visit, and they genuinely cared about us and our stay. I have no hesitation in recommending this as a place to stay and would look to stay again of we visit in the future.

The communication between the owner and myself was awesome. He was very helpful in everything about the apartment and places to eat, hire equipment and everything Borovets! The owner is a nice guy who is willing to help you with anything. He continually texted me through our stay, making sure we had everything. We went to all the restaurants he suggested to us, and his evaluation on prices and value for money was spot on. The location is perfect. We were a 5 minute walk to the ski lifts and the main strip. We did not envy the other families walking up the hill to the ski lift in all their equipment. We could pop back to the apartment for lunch and be back on the slopes within the hour! If you have a family this accommodation has everything you need. (Including a hairdryer) The apartment has a Hunters ski/snowboard rental next door, and so that was very convenient for us. Flora Hotel is next door, and you can use the pool and eat in the restaurant(not included in the price) There is a lift in the building, so you don't need to lug your ski kit upstairs or luggage. Samakov Hotel is down the hill. We went ten pen bowling, shooting, and used the pool. (Open to the public) We also went to the Rila Hotel for a swim and had a drink on the balcony (open to the public) Make sure you book the Balkan taxi service. Pick up from the moment you walk through the airport doors to the apartment block. (Easy and a good price)
