Briary Cottages at Iletts Farm

The property is in a quiet rural location with ample secure parking space. Nicky went out of her way to extend a warm welcome and ensured that we had everything we needed. Oak Cottage was immaculate, beautifully decorated with everything we needed (and more), and everything was spotlessly clean. There was ample space for the two of us and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, everything was perfect. Will definitely look to stay here again when next in the area. Highly recommended.

The cottage is beautifully decorated, cosy and equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The host was warm and welcoming, there if we needed anything and very helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend.

What a beautiful place to stay! We spent a week in Maple Cottage and we could not have been more delighted. The cottage was spacious, incredibly well appointed and immaculately clean with a lovely private outdoor space which added to our stay. Nicky (our host) went over and above to ensure that we were well looked after ensuring we had the essentials when we arrived as well as keeping us informed during our visit. The location of the farm is in a quiet position which made for a peaceful stay and very relaxing sleeps. We were so impressed we booked again whilst we were there!! Thank you Briary Cottages. All the great reviews are very well deserved.

The cottage was fabulous!! It's very modern, clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Had everything we needed and them some. The price was great and location beautiful.
