Briary Cottages at Iletts Farm

The best holiday cottage we have ever stayed in. Incredibly well equipped, beyond your typical expectations. A real luxurious cottage. We stayed in the 4-6 person, pepper cottage. There were lots of games for children and adults, kitchen scales, multiple tea pots, lots of different pots and pans, a large selection of wine glasses and a cake stand! Incredible showers, comfy beds, large sofa, large fridge freezer and tea coffee and milk on arrival.

I could not have asked for more. This place was perfect! From the moment I booked I found the service to be first class. I received a text from Nicky welcoming me to the property with some details of how to get through the gate on arrival and asking if there was anything we needed. The cottage was both exceptionally clean and had an immediate feel of a home away from home. There was fresh milk in the fridge and a box of biscuits, along with coffee and tea which was a nice touch, and also tablets for the dishwasher etc. We spoke to Nicky a couple of times while we were there and she was really kind and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The location of the property also meant that everything was really easy to get to. There is a Sainsburys just up the road along with some other shops including a Costa and a local pub although we didn't try the pub / restaurant as we cooked at the cottage. Again, everything was spotless. The oven looks brand new and the kitchen was equipped with every baking tray or utensil we needed. The bathroom was again spotless and the bedrooms were made up exactly as we needed them and were comfy and warm. I genuinely don't think we could have had a better experience and we will definitely be returning again soon.

Stunning cottage, stunning scenery, so peaceful! Nicky is wonderful, went above and beyond! Can’t wait to stay again!

Absolutely stunning stay and stunning cottages, Nicky was clear and precise regarding everything and the cleanliness and details were second to none. Highly highly recommend to anyone at all, family/couples/working travel/disabled/young/old. It exceeded all expectations and more. From the bathroom mirror having a speaker built inside to the box of biscuits on the table left to indulge, the board games in the cupboard and so do much more. Marvellous Christmas wreath on the doors and even a lovely Christmas tree all done to perfection. Will definitely be coming back to stay and probably even longer than the three beautiful days we did stay. Honestly, Perfect - A*. W&M
