Great Location, cleaned and with everything you need!

The staff I the building is very friendly, the outside area is nice and adds value to the small apartment where guests can enjoy some feeling of outdoor space with the ceiling that opens. They give you some amenities such as coffee, some cleaning supplies, and even a little shampoo and conditioner, which is nice. There is plenty of adicional bedding items.

The bedrooms are small and the bed touching the wall makes it unfit for elderly or people with reduced mobility. Many appliances were broken or malfunctioning, the cooking pots are all very old and worn and it’s practically impossible to cook anything (and all I was trying to make were some eggs in the morning). There were some loose taps, broken wall plugs and curtain pole, and a shelf literally came off in the master suite in the middle of the night. Another major issue is that people in the building keep calling the intercom at all hours of day and night thinking they are reaching the reception since it’s apartment number 9. I had people waking me up at 3 am, 7 am, to a point where I unplugged it from the wall. The neighbour’s apartment smells very strongly of cat urine and it even comes in this flat through the wall. The pool is located wall to wall to the patio, and when there is people there you get wet even just sitting on the sofa. Luckily this didn’t happen too often. The building is VERY noisy and there wasn’t a single day the banging doors didn’t wake us up after 8am.

Romilton was so attentive and helpful. The patio was large.

The inside living space was smaller than I had anticipated. I feel it could do with a few “licks” of paint. Most photos are taken with wide angle lens and on a sunny day. This apartment in that respect was no different to any other apartment/ hotel.

The location was good.The house was also good.

inside house a little bit narrow,and the house ground floor therefore all building can watch you when you open the veranda roof.
