O atendimento prestado foi inaceitável. Enfrentei mais de 2 horas para realização do check-in, com uma equipe despreparada e grosseira. Além disso, houve total falta de informação e orientação, inclusive quanto à localização do quarto, o que gerou ainda mais transtorno. O acesso ao estacionamento é confuso e desorganizado, tornando a chegada ao hotel uma experiência extremamente negativa. Trata-se de uma sequência de falhas graves que demonstram falta de organização e desrespeito ao hóspede.
