O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos, tudo lindo. Tem todo tipo de utensílios que ajudam muito. O hotel é lindo, tem restaurantes dentro do próprio hotel com preços e cardápio bons e um deck para o lago perfeito.

O flat, relativamente, entrega o que se propõe. Embora não seja nada demais.

Os dias que que fiquei hospedado havia uma obra no apartamento de cima, com um barulho infernal. O que foi omitido na reserva. Perguntei para os prestadores de serviço e me falaram que a obra é antiga, ou seja, a locadora sabia. O anúncio apresentava uma sacada com vista para o lago, mas no flat não havia. No geral, para casal e solteiros pode ser legal, mas com família, pra mim, não serve.

Estrutura e limpeza dos apartamentos são ótimas, piscinas aquecidas e comércio (pizzaria, supermercado com frutas frescas, lembranças, pub, restaurante) tudo dentro do condomínio.

Atendimento e tempo de espera da lanchonete. Um simples café com salgado pronto demorou mais de 40 minutos para ser entregue.
