Spacious apartment close to the Old Town

+ all the basics in kitchen for cooking + balcony + enough space in the bedroom for bags, clothes etc. + clean + everything that you need was there + couch was spacious & great for sleeping + supermarket in front of the building + car parking included

- the shower was leaking water way too much , it should be fixed - we expected another set of bed linen since we booked for 3 people (arrived just two tho).

Квартира в закрытом комплексе, уютная, чистая и тихая. Все удобства: кухня со всем необходимым ( посуда, кастрюли ), душевая с горячей водой в течении дня, спальня с чистым постельным бельем. Рядом большой супермаркет.

Bellissimo appartamento situato in zona residenziale nuova. Arrivarci in moto è stato facile, facilissimo il ritiro delle chiavi, i proprietari tramite chat mi hanno inviato tutte le istruzioni come ritirare le chiavi dell'appartamento, e il telecomando per il parcheggio coperto interrato. Tramite chat hanno mandato anche video come arrivare alla parcheggio entrando dal carraio, e facendo vedere quale fosse la porta per poter accedere agli ascensori. Davvero un servizio impeccabile, oltre alla disponibilità tramite chat per qualsiasi domanda. L'appartamento pur essendo in complesso residenziale è molto silenzioso, perfetto per chi ama la pace e la tranquillità. A 30 metri c'è anche un supermercato, ottimo per chi volesse cenare in appartamento, il quale è posizionato molto vicino al centro storico, che si può tranquillamente raggiungere a piedi per visitarlo. Consigliatissimo.

Very calm location, close to everything what you need - Iki supermarket, airport, bus station, restaurants, city center... The owners were really helpful and wrote us everything in advance, incl. photomanual how to get to the apartment and also videomanual how to get to the garage (you can reserve private car parking for 10 €). There was plenty of equipment in the apartment, incl. washing mashine and hairdryer.

The bed could be a bit harder with separated mattresses, but it depends on everyone's priorities.

Good size apartment with plenty of room to spread out and good storage. We had a car so wanted secure parking which you don’t get in the old town area. This complex is about 1.5 klms away from the start of the old town or 6€ uber trip. You are on the 7th floor with a lift and only 4 units per floor. Huge supermarket opposite and plenty of buses at the door, excellent communication with your host

Nothing everything worked and was very clean.
