President Apartments

The location is perfect, very close to the centrum, quiet, and cozy neighborhood. Parking place with coded gates. By asking, the owner let us late check out. Was lovely that pets are allowed

I think it's what you could expect for that price, but still, the amount of dust is not pleasant at all, the kitchen is really dirty, old dishes with tea and food stains on it. It's just really old, with no love added to this place. Sheets were super cheap and sintetic. Important to mention, no windows to outside. In the end, it was good, but we wouldn't rent this place again. You can find a better place for this price

Location is really good. Instructions to get to the appartment were clear. It feels that owners of the property were trying ti make this place comfortable, you even get toothbrushes with toothpaste, slippers, bathrobes, even a massage chaor was in the room :)

You can only pay in cash which I didn’t expect, but that’s not a huge issue. The appartment has a ton of lights and switches, I couldn’t find how to turn all lights off even with all the swiches and LED light remote controls so had to sleep with some LED lights that are in the whole appartment Sound insulation was very poor, you can even hear walking in other appartments. Parking was quite difficult since I arrived in the evening, it’s a very small inner yard and it’s allways full of cars, probably would be better if I arrived in the middle of the day though. Shower head was leaking and spraying water everywhere and bath tub was dirty. The lady that let me in said that the owners are away so maybe I was just unlucky this time. Even with these small hiccups in my experience I’d say that it’s still reasonable price to pay for this location if you don’t mind those few things

Great location and nice apartment in general. Clean and cosy. Nice and easy communication. Good option if traveling without car.

No parking provided as promised via booking. Arrived to the site to find no space for my car available. Had to look for other options which ended spending extra.

Great Location

Some dishes were dirty, no cutting knife for cooking, the ceilings lights didn’t turn off. I asked the straff for help with the lights and no response. The magnet key for the outside gate didn’t work. Staff spoke no English.

It’s a very interesting property, with every surface covered in colourful led lighting. There’s a massive double hot-tub, a mini gym. What more do you need?? The agency were extremely helpful.
