The parking space is in a public parking lot where no one guarantees that you will find a parking space. Hot water is limited, because if you take a longer shower, the hot water runs out and you only have the cold water. The place is quite dirty: dust everywhere, in the bathroom the sanitary ware did not look good at all, in the kitchen the sink and faucet were dirty, all the white surfaces were stained or dirty. One of the two radiators was not working.
