Very spacious, maid bedroom bed is very big and comfortable.

We needed directions to the property . It was difficult to find and we nearly missed our table for dinner

The location was beautiful situated in old dairy farm. XVI Cottage was very clean and big. Animal friendly with a our own secret garden secured with a fenc and gate so our dog could enjoy running free. Very friendly and helpful host. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely will be back.

Lovely spacious living space and was perfect for our purposes

A bit chilly upstairs but that is seasonal and maybe a bit of a struggle with only 1 bathroom washroom facilities for a group

It is very beautiful and the surrounding area is lovely. I loved that it was on a farm with fields around. The cottage is very spacious and has a lovely homely feel to it.

What a beautiful homely place to stay! We arrived tired and wet after another leg of the south West coastal path to a warm and cosy pad with fresh flowers, a clotted cream tea and Valentines prosecco and chocs...how thoughtful. Not long after arrival the housekeeper dropped by to check all was OK. Fabulous peaceful stay in a beautiful location

Lovely cottage. Very clean and secluded location. Scones and jam were left on arrival 😁

As you go in a mat on the floor would be useful as hard to not walk muddy shoes in!
