Modern Flat by Lukiskiu square

Location is a great pluss, very quit but also very convenient location near city center - both modern center and also old city - it's like almost strategically best location. Apartment is spacious and in good condition.

Cleanliness - hopefully it is not a trend but sofa was full with crumbs and floor was dirty, toilet/shower was also dirty, trash can full with used hygiene products. Some spread left in fridge. Not very plessante. When visiting with personal car, you have to take into account parking situation - it is very expensive not super convient to pay for. Also, very limited info from host (although the host send info that we can use street parking). Its not hosts fault but it must be taken into account and also it would be nice to have some cool sugestions, hacks with exact location where to park a little more cheaper.

Easy check-in, great location, really pretty flat

I would advise the owner to fix the shower (it is leaking and he bathroom gets flooded) and to add blinders in the bedroom (given the hours of light during the night, ti would be a great improvement to the quality of the guest's sleep)

The flat is clean, neatly modernized, furnished functionally and thoughtfully (my wife loved the green sofa!) and equipped with whatever you could reasonably ask for. High speed internet connection (wifi) is available, as well as tv with 20-something channels. The rooms are spacious, with big windows. The place is pretty silent. Good value for money. We loved the location: close to numerous tourist attractions, bus stops, park, groceries, restaurants, cafes etc. Viktorija, the host, is a gem! She is exceptionally kind, hospitable and helpful. Should you need any assistance/information, just ask Viktorija.

I'm not a fan of intensely bright lamps.

Excellent stay at a good location in Vilnius. Self-checkin and checout offer flexibility on what time to check-in and hosts were flexible with checkout. Apartment is quite big and everything is new. It has everything you might need both for long and short stays. Basic amenities are provided (shower/hand-gel and coffee/tea). Wifi is very good and worked well for my stay. Location is good, a 15 min. walk from the sights and 20 min. walk from old center. The park is nice to have outside. Building is very quiet.

nothing really. price was on the high side but i can't complain given the amenities. TV is not modern if that's a concern of yours. no view from the windows but again this is nit-picking

The location was perfekt. It was not noisy. Parks, restaurantes and bars are in walking distence.

Internet was not working - Only 4G The discription says the apartment has a balkony but it does not.

Great location.

Water leak in shower room. No coffee making facilities, ie french press or even a jug. No sieve either. TV antenna too weak for this location so tv receiption very poor. Need info as to how to pay a city tax.
