Found the property very clean, tidy and very comfortable, with all the comforts of Home. The host was very informative and always kept in touch. The Unit had everything provided, it felt like I hadn’t left home. The family and I had a great experience and would recommend staying here.

Not much to report

Our stay here was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been carefully considered. The accommodation was exceptionally clean, beautifully presented, and stocked with everything a short-stay traveller could need — from the little comforts to the practical essentials. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect, situated within easy walking distance of some fantastic restaurants and vibrant bars, making it ideal for exploring the local area. Despite being so close to everything, the space itself was calm and peaceful, providing the perfect balance between convenience and relaxation. What really made the experience A-grade was the host. Their warmth, professionalism, and thoughtful touches made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived until the day we left. It was clear they genuinely cared about ensuring we had a first-class experience. We couldn’t recommend this accommodation highly enough and would absolutely stay again.

Apartment was a good size and layout

Communication was poor. Instructions were ambiguous at best, clearly wrong at times. Location was okay, but 500m walk to any thing (coffee, bus, restaurant train etc), every time you wanted to step foot outside the building got annoying after a while. Like all residential unit blocks, neighbours were practicing music, maintenance was being undertaken during the stay, and street noise was noticeable.

Spotlessly clean accommodation, perfectly located for the Convention Centre where I was attending a meeting, with easy access to the South Brisbane train station on a direct line to the airport, to the South Bank ferry terminal and walk to the CBD. The major cultural venues and the CBD are also within a comfortable walking distance.

Very little, possibly trivial things such as extra coffee capsules or information on where to buy these.

Location was awesome. Very clean apartment. Perfect for 2 couples. No complaints and very happy with the stay. Communication with Trudy was brilliant too.
