Muy limpio, agradable y muy cerca del centro

Obiekt świetnie położony, wszędzie blisko, kontakt z personelem bez problemu, pomocny i życzliwy! Śniadanko z najlepszymi rogalikami i kawa! Super!

Location was convenient and the host was polite during check-in.

The apartment did not meet the advertised “Deluxe” standard at all. It was not properly cleaned (mold in the shower, dirty dishes and cutlery with food residue, and hair from previous guests), and there were clear signs of poor maintenance, including damaged furniture and moisture stains on the walls. The overall condition was far below acceptable hygiene standards. There were also safety concerns, as the handrail on the stairs was unstable, which is particularly problematic when traveling with a child. Additionally, the duplex layout with stairs was not clearly presented in the listing, which we found misleading. The host offered an alternative apartment, but it did not include a kitchen, making it unsuitable for our needs. Communication was difficult, and discussions regarding the reported issues became tense and did not lead to a fair resolution. Overall, the experience was very disappointing and not in line with what was advertised. I would definitely not recommend this property.

Mieszkanie przy jednej z głównych ulic w Brindisi, wszędzie blisko. Mieszkanie bardzo czyste i dobrze wyposażone, brakowało mi tylko małych łyżeczek ale to drobiazg, jest dwupoziomowe (Porta Lecce 31) z sypialnią na górze. Śniadania w formie vouchera do kawiarni parę kroków od apartamentu gdzie otrzymujecie tylko kawę i croisanta, więc nie za dużo, oczywiście kawa dużo mniejsza niż zamówiona bez vouchera. W pobliżu dużo dobrych restauracji i pizzerii gdzie można na prawdę dobrze zjeść. Generalnie bardzo dobra miejscówka na zwiedzanie Apulii.

W mieszkaniu było czuć wilgoć, słaby system wentylacji, myślę że na dłuższy pobyt to byłby problem. Brak małych łyżeczek do herbaty/kawy oraz żelazka o którym zapewniano mnie że jest.
